Mysterious Red Letter FTOPS Event

Full Tilt Poker has all their FTOPS V information-ducks in a row, for the most part. The FTOPS page is up, the events are selected and most of the pro player hosts have been selected.

But what is this? One event is in a red font…a link of some sort…and thus we discover Event 12, the “$2,500 Two-Day Tournament.”

The mystery is solved; this is the first ever two day FTOPS event, with the largest buy in they’ve ever had ($2.5k), and a healthy $600k guaranteed event. This is going to be the event for the dedicated poker players out there. A $5k starting stack and 30 minute levels is going to give new meaning to deep stack poker. If $2,500 is a mite steep, try satelliting in for around $2.
