Returning to the poker scene is the Macau Christmas Festival. The tournament, which is also known as the Irish Christmas Poker Festival, takes place on Friday November 30th at 7.00 pm. The special three-day No Limit Hold'em tournament has a €1,000 + €80 buy-in with a €100,000 Guaranteed prize pool.

That kind of prize money will make it a very happy Christmas indeed, won't it?

You can qualify online at PaddyPowerPoker now until November 14th. The site will be hosting two weekly feeders on Wednesdays and Fridays at 8.30 pm. The buy in is $15 + 1.50 with one ticket for every $165 in the prize pool.

The Grand Final is $150 + $15 to buy-in direct. There's one package for every $2,000 in the prize pool. (Any remainder after the tourney's buy-in goes directly into your pocket to cover your expenses.) That event begins promptly at 8.30 pm on 16th November, 2007.
