Phil Laak Injures Himself in Hoodie-Related Accident

Phil Laak, the Dublin-born poker hunk, has hurt himself in quite an odd way. He used to be known for his antics during televised events like the WPT and the WSOP. Now, he is better known for being the beau of actress turned poker player, Jennifer Tilly? Oh well, that's not the point of this story, is it?
Anyhoo, Laak was busy preparing for a new charity event. He was doing pushups with his hoodie on because - well, if you've seen WPT and WSOP broadcasts from a year or two back, you'd understand.
Unfortunately, he tied his hoodie way too tight and went to pull on it, but made it even tighter. (Don't you hate when that happens?) He's waiting on surgery to have the hoodie and offending tie removed. He should be able to return to the pro circuit as soon as the surgery is completed, but has been warned against double-knotting his hoodies in the future. A boy scout has been ordered to work with him to show him the ropes, so to speak.
Girlfriend Tilly was heard to exclaim that it's been the quietest week of her life - and it's driving her crazy. "I've finally been able to hear myself think, and I have just one question. Is my voice really that annoying?"
