Card Game Choices

FullTiltPoker has a great selection of games. You'll find Texas Hold'em (No-Limit and Pot-Limit), Omaha Hi and Hi-Lo (Pot-Limit for both), 7 Card Stud Hi, Hi-Lo and Razz (aka Stud Low). Oh wait! They also offer HORSE and other mixed-game variants.

Soft Competition

The great minds behind the site, including one Chris "Jesus" Ferguson, have really put together a super software package here. You can even choose your own personal avatar - and it's cute. You can also change the avatar's emotions to match your mood - definitely a bonus for your online strategy. FTP also has note-taking capabilities, hand stats, easily accessible lobby info and so much more. We could gush about FTP's software all day long and that's no bluff.
