Most people don’t know that the Twelve Days of Christmas are the days between the big holiday on December 25th and Epiphany in early January. Epiphany is the day the ‘three wise men’ brought gifts to the wee babe in Bethlehem.
Regardless of what you believe, Littlewoods Poker is celebrating the Twelve Days of Christmas in grand, old style. They began on the 25th of December and won’t finish ‘til the 5th of January. Instead of gold, frankincense and myrrh, they’re giving away cold, hard cash in special tournaments in which you can use you accrued player points to buy in. (Note: those points must be earned the day of or two days prior to the event you sign up for!)
Each day the people at Littlewoods are adding an extra $1,000 to the prize pool, building up to the $12,000 grand final.
